How fresh is the coffee when it arrives?

We roast our beans in small batches daily. Your coffee is typically shipped within 24 to 48 hours of roasting to ensure you receive the peak flavor and aroma possible.

What is your shipping policy?

We offer standard and expedited shipping options across the United States. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and you will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your beans leave our roastery.

Can I return coffee if I don't like it?

Because coffee is a perishable food item, we cannot accept returns on opened bags. However, if there is an error with your order or the product is damaged, please contact us within 14 days for a replacement or store credit.

How does the coffee subscription work?

Our subscription service allows you to choose your favorite blends and delivery frequency. You can pause, skip, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard with no hidden fees.

Do you offer whole bean or ground coffee?

We offer both! You can select 'Whole Bean' for maximum freshness or choose from various grind sizes, including Drip, Espresso, and French Press, to suit your brewing method.
